Off late, life has been all about savouring moments, living more fully, being (a little) less afraid, and more present. It has also been about hard work - making hopes and dreams come true, little by little.
Sharing a special picture and some writing in this little corner of the world wide web that nobody really visits, anymore - and I quite prefer it this way. These days, I feel like making my web persona (or external persona, if you will), a little more anonymous - And my real self shine more, even when no-one's looking. Especially when no-one's looking.
🪕She sang into the night, while the bedside lamp painted the room a glowy shade of pink. There was nobody to hear her but a dozing cat. She was so beautiful then, but there was nobody to liste, or to see. But something told her to spell out the words sharp and clear, make the notes dance loudly and shrilly, speak her truth. And soon it was not her throat but her heart that was singing.
Just something that I wrote, a while back, as this actually happened. Here's to more such moments of finding the best in myself!
